Submarine

 
 this is a original food from palembang, in indonesian it called "mpek-mpek". i saw this food has many oportunity to compete in international trade.




the materials are :
  • 600 gr tenggiri fish
  • 300 gr white sago
  • 3/4 glass of water
  • salt to taste 
How to make "mpek-mpek" Submarine :
  1.  wash / clean the fish, and make sure no more "shit" and blood of fish.
  2. devide the fish in two parts, and than clean the bones.
  3. mash / blend the fish
  4. put some water, salt, and stir it up with fish meat.
  5. put some sago but don't to much.
  6. make it's like a ball and than steam.
  7. cook it until brownish.
  8. ready to eat.
