the way to increase D&G market share are :

Make a warehouse in Indonesia. 
look at the picture, that picture is building or sophie martin warehouse, that is one of D&G competitor. we have to learn from this. sophie martin created warehouse in indonesia to make closed the market. so if we want to compete with sophie martin or the others, we should create warehouse in indonesia. like we know that D&G do import the product from the other countries and because of that we have to pay more for the cost. and for me that's big deal. that's not effective and make us spend bigger cost. so if we make or take this solution we will get more profit.






 

Good advertising
 most of people in indonesia didn't know that D&G is brand of some product. cause in indonesia D&G never make advertising so it makes most of people in indonesia didn't know D&G. so good advertising for D&G really important things. good advertising should not be expensive. but the most important, the people know what mean from that advertising. maybe we can use social network like twitter, facebook, or many more. thats advertising will be cheap if we use social network and more effective.
