this is a original food from palembang, in indonesian it called "mpek-mpek". i saw this food has many oportunity to compete in international trade.
- 600 gr tenggiri fish
 - 300 gr white sago
 - 3/4 glass of water
 - salt to taste
 
- wash / clean the fish, and make sure no more "shit" and blood of fish.
 - devide the fish in two parts, and than clean the bones.
 - mash / blend the fish
 - put some water, salt, and stir it up with fish meat.
 - put some sago but don't to much.
 - make it's like a ball and than steam.
 - cook it until brownish.
 - ready to eat.
